Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, prior to shipping. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, or Gloster Road Co. Gift Cards are accepted.
Holiday Cards
All Holiday Cards are final sale. You will receive a holiday card proof document one to three business days after your order is placed. Under no circumstances may artwork be used from your proof to print your cards elsewhere. Your order fulfillment timing is contingent on your proof approval. Once your proof is approved, your order will be fulfilled in 10 business days. Fulfillment timing is subject to change depending on capacity. I will notify you of the timing of your shipment, or if there is any significant delay. Please note that changes may not be made to your order once your proof is approved. I can add to your order or work on a reprint for you if necessary.

Fulfillment & Shipping
In stock items will ship within 5 business days, if not sooner.
Personalized items are designed and printed just for you. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for order fulfillment. If you have a particular date needed for shipping that is smaller than this window, please email to see if we can make it happen for you.
All personalization input at the time the order is placed is final. Likewise, if you have approved a proof, the information is finalized for print, and cannot be changed. If an error has been made at the time the information is input, I cannot guarantee a refund or correction. If you need to make a change to your order, please let me know as soon as possible, and I will do my best to catch it.
Your purchase will be sent to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please double check that this address is correct before submitting your order. You will receive an email update when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.
All items ship via USPS, and shipment timing is determined by your selection of first class or priority mail. Shipping time will vary, and USPS lists 3-5 days for USPS First Class Mail, 2-3 days for USPS Priority Mail. Please keep the fulfillment time in mind as well as the shipping time to estimate a delivery date.
